Shipping

Where do you ship to?

Countries we deliver to include Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and United States.

How long does shipping take?

We primarily use overseas wholesalers. Standard shipping is the default method, and delivery times typically range from 1 to 3 weeks after processing. Expedited shipping options may be available for select items and we will automatically apply express shipping where possible for free. Please be mindful that your items may be shipped by different suppliers, therefore you may be receiving multiple parcels and tracking information.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment. Please note that tracking information may take some time to become available.

Returns

How do I return an item?

In the case that you need to return a product, send an email to info@kawaiipetcentral to initiate the return process. Provide your order number, the name of the product you wish to return, and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. Please check our returns page for more information.

How long does it take to process my return?

Once we have received the item that you wish to return you can expect your refund to be processed within 7-10 business days. More likely than not, the process will be a lot quicker.

Can I exchange for a different item?

At the moment we do not allow for product exchanges. If your product is defective or you have received the wrong product due to our mistake, we can offer a full refund or store credit.

We accept various payment methods, including credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, UnionPay), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. 

Can i cancel or modify my order once it's placed?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, modifications or cancellations may not be possible due to our expedited processing times. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

What should i do if i receive a damaged or defective item?

We apologise for any inconvenience. Please contact our customer support team at info@kawaiipetcentral.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged or defective item. We'll assist you in resolving the issue.
