Kawaii Pet Central Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Kawaii Pet Central for your adorable companion's needs.  We strive to provide products that bring joy and comfort to your pets. We try our very best to partner up with suppliers that provide quality products, however we don't always have the opportunity to quality check their products ourselves. If you find yourself in a situation where you need to return a product, please review our return policy below. Please consider contacting us first to see if we can rectify the situation before leaving a negative review.

1. Eligibility for Returns:

🌸 Products must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

🌸 The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

🌸 Refunds will not be accepted for change of mind. Returns will be considered if the product isn't as advertised. Please provide photos for proof of defects.

2. How to Initiate a Return:

🌸 Send an email to info@kawaiipetcentral to initiate the return process.

🌸 Provide your order number, the name of the product you wish to return, and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.

3. Return Shipping:

🌸 Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc).

🌸 If you contact us to arrange an exchange or refund, and do not post back the item within 7 days, the exchange or refund will be void and all items will be retuned to you.

🌸 If there are delays through your courier company we will accept the extended delivery time provided you can show that the item was shipped within 7 days.

4. Refund Process:

🌸 Once we receive the returned item and confirm its eligibility, we will process the refund.

🌸 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

🌸 Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

5. Damaged or Defective Items:

🌸 If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

🌸 Provide clear photos of the damaged or defective item, along with your order number, to expedite the resolution process.

🌸 We will either replace the item or issue a refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
