Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and United States.

1. Processing Time:

🌸 Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

🌸 During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended, and we appreciate your understanding.

2. Shipping Methods:

🌸 Kawaii Pet Central exclusively utilises overseas wholesalers.

🌸 Our trusted overseas partners enable us to provide a wide range of unique and kawaii pet products at competitive prices.

🌸 Standard shipping is the default method. Expedited shipping will be applied automatically free of charge if the option is available.

3. Estimated Delivery Times:

🌸 Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the product's origin.

🌸 On average, customers can expect their orders to arrive within 2-4 weeks after processing.

🌸 Delays may occur due to customs processing, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

4. Shipping Costs:

🌸 All orders are shipped for free

🌸 The free shipping status will be displayed during the checkout process before payment is confirmed.

5. Order Tracking:

🌸 To keep you informed, an order confirmation and shipping confirmation will be emailed to you. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped. In the odd chance the supplier does not include a tracking number, we will inform you via email.

🌸 Please note that tracking information may take some time to become available, depending on the shipping carrier and the specific product.

6. Customs and Duties:

🌸 Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may be incurred upon importation.

🌸 Kawaii Pet Central is not responsible for any delays or additional charges caused by customs processes.

7. Multiple Shipments:

🌸 In some cases, orders may be fulfilled by multiple suppliers, resulting in separate shipments.

🌸 You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment if this occurs.

8. Order Changes and Cancellations:

🌸 Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible due to the expedited processing times. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

9. Delivery Failure:

🌸 If the courier cannot deliver your package due to an incomplete or incorrect address given by the customer at the time of placing the order, the customer will be responsible for paying any additional costs incurred to arrange for redelivery of the package.

🌸 If a package is marked as an unsuccessful delivery and returned to us for any of the following reasons, Kawaii Pet Central will not be liable to issue a refund for the cost of the order:

i) due to the recipient not being present to accept the package(s) at the time of delivery;

ii) due to an insufficient delivery address being given by the customer at the time of placing the order, and which cannot be delivered to by the courier;

iii) due to the recipient not adhering to courier notices to pick up the package(s) from a local depot or post office within the advised timeframe, after notice has been given that the package is being held there.

🌸 If you would like the package(s) to be re-shipped to you after it has been returned to us (sender), you will be responsible for incurring the full cost of the re-shipment fee amount. However, if you would like a refund for the item(s) that were returned to us, we are more than happy to issue a full refund.
